The Estate stretches over 16 Hectares of wines divided into 3 appellations: Pouilly Fumé, Sancerre and Pouilly sur Loire.
As they cultivate their three grape varieties (Sauvignon, Chasselas and Pinot Noir), from three different terroirs (Kimmeridgian marls, Villiers Limestones, Silex) Annick and Marlene are driven by the desire to preserve the typicity of the wines. Their diversity contributes to the production of authentic wines, reflective of their origins.

The vineyard is made up of 66 small plots.
Thanks to those we can work on three very distinct types of soil. The different soils we cultivate represent the real richness of our vineyard. Indeed, because we work with individual grape varieties in their singularity rather than blending them , every characteristic of our cuvees comes from the terroirs.
This diversity of soils gives the wines different aromatic profiles.
